Small Changes in Assistant Exports

Aristeidis Stroumpos requested to merge feature/HD-100 into develop

Closes HD-100 In the Fallowing Exports:

  1. In List of Beneficiaries

    1.1 Remove columns: Referral Type, Referral Comment. They are currently not at use

    1.2 Change order of columns : Status and Commodity

  2. In Distribution list: Add column Parents name between the Local Given and the Local Family name Needed by DRC for better identification
