  • smartcard UID length is 14 characters
  • all smartcard endpoints support smartcard UID as identifier
  • deposit money to smartcard needs depositorID and distributionID
  • added endpoint to list beneficiary by its smartcard
  • beneficiary also show active smartcard
  • added commodity smartcard
  • added smartcard seed
  • added endpoint /vendor-app/v1/smartcards/blocked
  • changed HTTP method of smartcard update endpoints to PATCH
  • removed smartcard state FROZEN
