Assigning Item in Distribution Locks Other Options

Steps to Reproduce (How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important)

1. Open Distribution
2. Click on check box besides BNF and click Set as Distributed

What is the current bug behaviour? (What actually happens)

The action options are greyed out (fixed by refreshing)

What is the expected correct behaviour? (What you should see instead)

You should be able to see and interact with the options. But selecting at least one option should disable all actions (not just grey out them).
