Adding Commodity Not Working

Steps to Reproduce (How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important)

1. Click on Projects
2. Click on Add
3. Fill in details for Location, Target and Selection Criteria
4. Then click on Add Commodity
5. Close modal (click on Close button)

Fails with small box opening
