Scoring Tool Details Page should show local names not en

Steps to Reproduce (How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important)

1. Open projects page
2. Click to Add new Assistance
3. Select Date/Location and Target
4. Select Household Target
5. Add group in selection criteria, and choose any metric
6. Click on Details

What is the current bug behaviour? (What actually happens)

The details page is not showing the BNF names, even though the columns are there.

Also, when you click 'Show 100' rows, the modal extends outside the viewing area of the browser and you can no longer navigate.

What is the expected correct behaviour? (What you should see instead)

Names should be shown and 'Show 100' rows should only have scrollable list.
