Show communities and institutions in Asistance detail

Institutions and communities should appear in distribution detail with different columns than Households.

Communities will use CommunityID and Community Name Institutions will use InstitutionID and Institution Name

Columns Beneficiary ID, First Name, Family name, National ID will be removed (obviously).

The validation will be changed too, there will be only step 1 and 4. Import and Export makes no sense now.
