Redeem feature for smartcards

As user with proper permitions I want to open New Vendor view. In last "action column" I want to click on Smartcard pictogram. Then the popup will appears (wireframe will be attached). In popup I can see summary of al purchases, purchases for redeem with redeem now button and history of redeemed batches.
