Cannot Change Country in Web App in Mobile Format

Steps to Reproduce

1. If you open the web app in the browser on the mobile (1920 x 1050)
2. And click on the globe icon in the top right to change countries

What is the current bug behaviour? Nothing happens

What is the expected correct behaviour? App should switch countries
