Value Field Has Appeared in Create Distribution Page

Steps to Reproduce

1. User clicks on the Project page
2. User Clicks on the red +Add button to Create a new Distribution
3. User fills out location and date
4. User then clicks on Add to Create A New Criteria

What is the current bug behaviour?

A new field has appeared called Value, which requires some input before you are allowed to Save.

What is the expected correct behaviour?

This field should not appear on this modal.
