Performing Actions on Multiple Select in Tables Affects All Items

Steps to Reproduce (How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important)

1. Click on Projects page from main menu
2. Click on any edit button next to any open Distribution.
3. Create a search of filter selection.
4. And then click on the Select All check box.
5. In the top right, it will indicate number of items selected.
6. Then perform action, such as 'Set As Distributed' action.

What is the current bug behavior? (What actually happens) It performs the action on ALL items.

What is the expected correct behavior? (What you should see instead) It should only perform the action on the selected items.
