Placed in Configuration (see printscreen).
No Type field (in Institutions) otherwise same fields.

There will be no custom name for community. Name will be concanated ADM1-4.
ADM1 will be mandatory, ADM2+ are optional. (There will be huge communities).
Duplicity guarding will be needed!
