Wrong total count of BNFs in distributions

Total number of BNFs in now involving deleted ones. Please patch this.

User story:

1. I will create new distribution.
2. I will add 10 BNFs
3. At process of creating distribution I will delete 1 BNF
4. These deleted users shall not appear in the validated distribution list, nor contribute to any totals.
5. After I have created distribution I will delete another 1 BNF

Expected result is to see in Validated distribution and Distributed in export 8 BNF.
