Assigning New Voucher Type (with new voucher name format) Causes Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. User opens the Vouchers page.
2. User clicks on Add+ to add new voucher batch. User defines voucher batch details, clicks on Create to add thew new batch.
3. User opens Project page.
4. User navigates to QR Code Voucher distribution.
5. User clicks on 'Assign' button next to BNFs name and scans new voucher booklet qr code from above batch.
6. Message says booklet assigned successfully.
7. User then clicks on the distribution page again.

What is the current bug behavior? The distribution page opens, but the table does not load. The spinning load wheel only shows.

What is the expected correct behavior? The distribution page should open normally in a couple of seconds.
