Steps to Reproduce

1. User opens Beneficiaries menu item
2. User clicks on Create+ and Add Beneficiary

What is the current bug behavior? The Shelter Status Category is displaying a field called 'Value'

What is the expected correct behavior? The Shelter Status Category should not display this field.
