Mobile Version - Touch to Scroll Not Working Correctly - High - 120719

When scrolling down on the mobile app, if you touch a 'button', even when holding down to scroll, it 'activates' the button. It automatically opens the modal, rather than scrolling.... (Even when holding down and trying to swipe slowly...)
